We are proud to host the Saturday event at the The Royal College of Surgeons of England, located at Lincoln’s Inn Fields in London. The Royal College of Surgeons has a rich architectural and institutional heritage dating back to the 18th century. Today, the building stands as a symbol of surgical excellence and innovation, reflecting over two centuries of medical advancement and architectural evolution

Welcome to the SBMA Conference 2025 Below you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions to help you prepare and make the most of your experience.

The conference will be held from November 21st – 23rd 2025 (1st – 3rd Jamadal Ukhra) , at the prestigious venues of Husainy Masjid (Friday and Sunday) and the Royal College of Surgeons in London (Saturday)

This year’s theme is to highlight the incredible work done by SBMA members in the past, to inspire current members and highlight the groundbreaking innovation done by members of our community.

The conference is open to healthcare professionals, researchers, medical students, policy makers, and industry representatives interested within the United Kingdom and Europe.

You can register online through the website. Tickets are on a first come first basis, we will email you with confirmation and please only send payment once you have a confirmed space. There will also be a waiting list if tickets are sold out.

No, all registrations need to be made prior to the event for all three days. We will not be offering registration at the door.

Yes, we have limited tickets for Students at £53 for all three days.

  • Full refund available until Friday 31st October
  • 50% partial refund available until Thursday 20th November

 

For those who have paid for a two-and-a-half-day pass, you are welcome to bring a plus one for the Sunday event. Please register your plus one at the time of registration. Additional tickets can be purchased at £53 for Sunday. We will not be able to accommodate guests on the Friday and Saturday.

No, we are not offering virtual attendance at the moment.

Yes, there are hotels available near Husainy Masjid in Northolt and near the Royal College of London. We have not partnered with any hotels however.

Yes, there is free parking at Husainy Masjid and paid parking at the Royal College of Surgeons through the public parking at Lincoln’s Inn Fields Car Park.

We recommend taking public transport, the closest tube station is Holborn Station on the Central Line. The Royal College is a 6 minute walk from the station.
